Genealogy Tutorials

Individual, one-hour genealogy tutorials are offered twice a month with our own on-staff
genealogy expert, Jackie Weber.
If you're new at researching your family tree and need pointers in efficiently organizing your information or becoming acquainted with all of the online resources available - or if you have a pretty good start, but have come to some "bumps" along the way - some one-on-one guidance will help you on your way.
Call the library at 231-264-9979 for dates and times available. Advance registration is necessary as these tutorials are offered on a limited basis. (Because Jackie also has other work to do)!

And Children...

bulletBook Nook Story Hour

Bring the kids for stories, music, crafts, and an overall good time!  No registration is necessary,
but all children must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
